People before progression
Goals matter, but the people pursuing them matter more. Teach when you can, communicate clearly, and leave room for real life.
A small Final Fantasy XIV Free Company building a lasting home for adventures, useful knowledge and good company.
Ouroboros is at the beginning of its story. We are building a community that treats a Free Company as more than a buff bar or a temporary party: it should be a place people can learn, organize, contribute, step away from, and return to.
That means making room for new and returning players as well as veterans. Roulettes, raids, crafting, gathering, maps, housing, glamour and deep dungeons all count. Nobody has to manufacture activity for the sake of appearances; events and forum conversations shown here come from real members.
Discord is the account system and day-to-day gathering place. This site preserves the useful parts: searchable discussions, durable resources, a shared event calendar and administration that follows the exact roles members already have.
The roster follows Discord membership and roles. Forum content originates from members. Calendar entries are scheduled events. Empty spaces remain empty until the community fills them.

Good answers belong somewhere the next player can find them. The resource and strategy forums turn discoveries into shared community knowledge.
Members can propose events and discussions around the content they actually enjoy. A small FC does not need to pretend to be a large one.
People holding these Discord roles are the right contacts. Discord remains the authoritative roster, so names are not invented or copied into this page.
